Advertising, Affiliates and Sponsorship
I do not feature sponsored posts or paid product reviews. For products and services I love and recommend, I may be an affiliate - however, this will always be clearly stated.

Communication
I reserve the right to respond to request and emails within one week of receipt. I do not provide health advice over email.  

Privacy 
When you sign up for my newsletter, your email address is stored in a secure piece of software. Your email address will never be sold or shared with anyone else.

Health Disclaimer
All information shared on this site is for educational purposes only and is aimed at empowering you to take appropriate steps towards health. You are the best judge of what your body needs and you are the subject matter expert on your own body. If you have any doubts, please make sure you check with your health care physician.  

Requests for Advice 
I do not provide advice over email to anyone, including other healthcare professionals, unless they are under my mentorship or a client of my practice.  

I do, however, offer an option of submitting a question through my “Let’s Connect” section of my website. If you have any questions that you would like clarity on, I may use these questions to craft blog posts or social media posts or I may cover it in my newsletters.

I will let you know via your supplied email address if your question is answered via one the the aforementioned pathways.

Discounts
All programs, courses and services have a set price as they're marked. I do not offer discounts, but I do offer early bird rates and payment plans. Ensure you're signed up to my email list if you would like to know when courses & workshops will be released.

Refunds on Courses & Products
I have a 14-day money-back guarantee for courses and workshops. Meditations, herbal prescriptions (for current clients) and flower essences are non-refundable – please purchase mindfully.

Social Media
I am present on Instagram, where I share parts of my life and practice. I will not provide any free advice via Instagram. 

Texting and Phone Calls
I do not receive calls or texts, unless I specifically state otherwise. 

Course Enrollments for Workshops and Courses
Your enrollment provides you with one place in the class or workshop you have purchased. Your enrollment details cannot be shared with other friends or passwords distributed. If you do this, you will be locked out of the course without a refund.

Sharing Content with Clients
If you are a healthcare practitioner and you would like to share any information from this website, or paid courses, you must do so with my consent.
